Cancellations: -Can only be made within 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. -Cancellations made outside of this time frame wil not be eligible for a refund. -Cancellations made within 24 hours can be rescheduled for a different date or time based on availability. 2. No Refunds: I do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. 3. Late Arrivals: If you are running late for your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I will remain on the line for up to 15 minutes before cancelling your appointment due to tardines or no show. 4. Satisfaction Guarantee: I am committed to your satisfaction.
